Our patients are the lifeblood of our practice, and we work hard to ensure each and every person who walks through our doors is treated with respect, dignity and professionalism. It’s our mission for our patients to leave feeling happier and more comfortable than when they arrived, and we do this by providing a range of treatments to suit any dental need, carried out with care and compassion, and backed by our team’s expertise and skill.
We love to hear comments and compliments from our wonderful patients, and you can share these via our reviews. But, as a practice that seeks to learn and grow, we’re always interested to hear how we can improve – and will happily consider any suggestions you may have that would develop the service we provide. Whether it’s ways to keep you feeling comfortable, new treatments you’d like us to consider, or an adjustment to how we deliver our care, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Finally, we’re keen to address any areas you feel concerned about. We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure for dealing with complaints, in-line with national criteria. Should the need arise, our practice manager, Ramina Kharileh, can give you further information about this, and a detailed leaflet is also available from reception. Of course, you’re welcome to contact us using the methods below, if preferred.
Rest assured that we want to provide the highest possible standard of service and will try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur while using them as a learning experience. While our staff members have access to your information, we’ll never pass any information on without your consent for peace of mind, and will be objective in all proceedings. Your local authority can also help if you feel your complaint hasn’t been resolved satisfactorily.
